Exchange and Refund Policy

 

If you would like to ship the things by courier, you can contact our customer care. You can return items that you have purchased from our online store for exchange at our outlet.

Customers may exchange their purchases from Fable and Felt, subject to certain restrictions. Exchanges of items are permitted provided that:


  • After receiving the purchased item, the consumer requested an exchange (by phone, email, SMS, or WhatsApp) within 7 working days;
  • The customer has specified the reason(s) for the swap in his or her request for an exchange;
  • The price tag is still on, and the item is in its original packaging;
  • The item is sent with the original invoice for the item the customer wants to replace; it has no stains, smells like perfume, emissions, or anything that would indicate it has been worn or cleaned.

Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@fableandfelt.com with your order details. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Damages and Liabilities

If the item(s) you get have any form of manufacturing flaw, were shipped in the incorrect size, or are the incorrect item, you may replace the damaged item(s). After receiving the package, the complaint must be brought up within two working days along with the paper invoice (by phone, message, or email). Following consideration of the request, the customer support team will provide a coupon for the same amount that is only good for the online store and can be used for future purchases of the item or items.
