Shipping Guidelines

Every order is sent using a courier service. Upon placing an order, a URL will be sent to every one of our clients.

Our customer service will send you an email or SMS to confirm your order when you place it. Following confirmation of the order, it will be shipped out that same day and delivered to you in three to five business days. Free shipping throughout United Kingdom.

Overseas orders

Orders from overseas are processed by DHL. Once the order is shipped, a tracking ID will be sent to all of our overseas customers. Email notifications of shipment and a sales invoice will also be sent to clients located overseas. Any additional fees for customs clearance or any other price variation that is not within our control will be borne by the customer.
